The Carriage House is furnished with a massive wood headboard and either a king size bed or two (2) extra long twin beds. Painted a calm grey-green with white beadboard on the lower walls, the Carriage house is calm and inviting. It also offers a fireplace and double Jacuzzi which lend a warm and cozy atmosphere to the room. Rate: $139 |
| The Prairie Suite - The Prairie Suite is warm, calm and quiet and boasts a double Jacuzzi & fireplace. It is decorated in the Prairie/Arts and Crafts style that was so popular at the turn of the 20th century. Rate: $169/night. |

For your enjoyment and pleasure, all our private suites offer a fireplace, double Jacuzzi, refrigerator, coffee maker, TV and VCR. Rooms in the house have TVs, VCRs, and the use of the Butler's Pantry on the second floor.
Reservations and Policies

Check In: Check-In is between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Please let us know if you will not be arriving during normal check-in so that we may arrange to be here to greet you.

Check Out time is 11:00 a.m.

Advance reservations are requested. Rates are quoted per night excluding tax.

There is a 2% hotel/motel tax in addition to our normal taxes.

A 50% deposit is required to hold your reservation. The deposit will be credited to your account when your stay has ended.

Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express and Travelers Checks are accepted. We do NOT accept personal checks.

A full refund will be made for a cancellation received ten days prior to the reservation date. Your deposit, less $25.00 service charge, will be refunded in the event of cancellation up to five days prior to the reservation date. Last minute cancellations will not be refunded, however, you will be issued a Dickey House Gift Certificate good for 3 years, less a $25.00 handling charge, for future use.

We regret we have no facilities for children under 12. We accept small dogs under 25 pounds in our suites only. Pets must be housebroken.
